The Mavericks vs. Bucks game has been postponed due to inclement weather. The date for the rescheduled game is TBD.

NEW YORK, Jan. 25, 2026 – The National Basketball Association game scheduled today between the Dallas Mavericks and Milwaukee Bucks at Fiserv Forum has been postponed after the Mavericks were unable to depart Dallas due to hazardous winter weather.

According to the league, severe conditions in the area — including snow, sleet, freezing rain, as well as delayed and cancelled flights — made travel unsafe. Reports added that the team’s plane was still being de-iced and could not take off in time, leaving the Mavericks stranded in Dallas and unable to reach Milwaukee as scheduled.

This marks the second NBA game impacted by the storm on Sunday, following the earlier postponement of the Denver Nuggets vs. Memphis Grizzlies matchup under similarly dangerous conditions.

The NBA has yet to confirm a new date for the Mavericks-Bucks game, with a makeup fixture to be announced at a later time.
