LeBron James delivered in the clutch and Luka Doncic posted a triple-double as the Los Angeles Lakers edged the Philadelphia 76ers 112–108, overcoming a late tie to secure the road win.

LeBron James and Luka Doncic combined for 60 points to lift the Los Angeles Lakers to a 112–108 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

James finished with 29 points, seven rebounds and six assists, delivering 12 points in the final quarter. After the 76ers tied the game at 105 with 1:29 left, James responded with five straight points to steer the Lakers to the win.

Doncic, back in the lineup after missing two games on the road following the birth of his child, recorded a game-high 31 points along with 15 rebounds and 11 assists for a triple-double.

“End of a road trip, there can be a lot of tired legs,” said James, who had sat out the previous game. “I felt great. I had the opportunity with some pretty good legs to try to assert myself a little offensively.”

Tyrese Maxey led Philadelphia with 28 points, while Joel Embiid struggled from the field, shooting just 4-of-21 and finishing with 16 points.

With the win, the Lakers sit second in the Western Conference, while the 76ers remain seventh in the East.
