What we know about Sunday’s games:
Portland carries the league’s longest active winning streak (five games) into tonight’s contest against the Knicks, who are playing in the second of a four-game West Coast trip. Unlike the Trail Blazers, New York has struggled of late, going 1-5 in their last six, but will have Josh Hart (ankle) back in action for the first time since Christmas. They’ll be in action at 6 ET on NBA League Pass.
The Spurs and Timberwolves continue to ascend as two of the top teams in the Western Conference, each led by young superstars. However, Victor Wembanyama (knee) and Anthony Edwards (foot) are both questionable for the matchup, which is set to tip near 7 ET at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert are expected to make their debut with the Hawks after Wednesday’s trade that sent Trae Young to the Wizards. Their first test with their new squad will be a battle at the Chase Center against the Warriors, with each team coming off back-to-back victories. They’ll tip off at 8:30 ET on NBA League Pass.
