Jannik Sinner is turning heads both on and off the tennis court, combining athletic excellence with his alpine heritage in a groundbreaking Nike collaboration. Unveiled ahead of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, the custom performance collection celebrates the Italian star’s journey from national ski champion to ATP world No. 2.
Before rising to prominence in tennis, Sinner made his mark on the ski slopes of the Dolomites, earning national titles in giant slalom. "For me, it’s very important to always have a small sign of where I’m from," Sinner said, underscoring the personal significance of the collaboration and its focus on authenticity.

Nike Atelier created a bespoke winter-ready outfit specifically for Sinner. The collection includes a sculptural jacket, insulated vest with adaptive A.I.R. technology, tailored pants, and custom footwear. With deep pleats and a distinctive boxy silhouette, the ensemble blends high-performance design with bold visual style.
Sinner was intimately involved in the creation process, including fittings during the Australian Open. "This experience felt very different from work I’ve done with other brands," he said. "I was more involved in the process. In the end, we came out with an incredible result." Nike’s design team, led by Chief Design Officer Martin Lotti and Senior Design Director Raffaella Barbey, ensured the final look perfectly reflected Sinner’s vision.
The collaboration also celebrates Italy’s sporting heritage while generating buzz for the upcoming Winter Olympics. It combines style, story, and innovation to honor Sinner’s journey and inspire fans worldwide.
On the court, Sinner is carrying that momentum into 2026. He reached the Australian Open semifinals, narrowly losing to Novak Djokovic in a five-set thriller, and is set to compete at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha from February 16–21. Fans will be watching to see if his new Alpine-inspired confidence translates into performance in the ATP 500 event.
