Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has appointed MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo as its Security Ambassador, coinciding with Data Privacy Day. The partnership aims to combine high performance in racing with enhanced security awareness in the digital asset space.
Lorenzo’s role will centre on a new five-part educational video series designed to help the global trading community understand key aspects of digital security. Topics covered will include preventing phishing attacks, using two-factor authentication, understanding risk warnings, and explaining Bitget’s Protection Fund and Proof of Reserves systems.
The campaign uses Lorenzo’s “X-Fuera” racing philosophy as a metaphor for secure trading choices. This approach, known in racing for its focus on calculated outside passes and broader vision, is intended to show how a wider perspective can help traders make safer decisions on the UEX platform.
The partnership builds on Bitget’s recent activation efforts at major MotoGP events in Italy, Germany, Catalunya and Indonesia, showing a continued effort to connect high-performance sport with the digital asset world.
